CO2RE Intima transmits gentle, controlled laser pulses into the vaginal walls using photothermal energy — the same laser science used in fractional CO2 skin resurfacing, adapted specifically for vaginal tissue. The energy heats the tissue precisely, triggering the body's natural collagen remodeling response.

Quick, In-Office
CO2RE Intima is performed entirely in our treatment suite — no hospital, no surgical center. The procedure is quick and well tolerated. The 360-degree wand allows complete canal coverage in a single in-office visit, with an external attachment available for external treatment in the same appointment.
Minimal Discomfort
Most patients report mild warmth or pressure during the procedure. A topical anesthetic can be applied prior to treatment for patients who prefer additional comfort. Shannon's experienced, gentle technique makes the process as comfortable as possible throughout.
Minimal Recovery
There is no significant downtime. Most patients return to normal daily activities immediately. We recommend a brief period of abstinence from sexual activity post-treatment while tissue heals — specific guidance is provided at your appointment.
Builds Over Weeks
Many patients notice initial improvement shortly after their first treatment. Results continue to develop over the following four to six weeks as new collagen forms. A series of two to three treatments spaced several weeks apart typically produces the most complete and lasting outcome.

Improvement builds over four to six weeks following each treatment as collagen production increases. Most patients undergo two to three treatments for optimal results. Periodic maintenance treatments can sustain and extend results long term, particularly in the context of ongoing hormonal changes.
