Shannon brings twenty-eight years of healthcare experience to every treatment. Dr. Evans, a board-certified anesthesiologist with twenty-five years of practice, provides the medical oversight that makes Desert Sands different from most med spas in the region — including the only MD-supervised anesthesia option in Southern Utah for patients who want a completely comfortable experience.

Dr. Evans is a board-certified anesthesiologist with twenty-five years of clinical experience. As medical director, he oversees all hormone, wellness, and physician-supervised programs at Desert Sands — and is the only provider in Southern Utah offering MD-supervised anesthesia for aesthetic treatments.
Tiffany leads the skincare and laser program at Desert Sands. She is known for her warmth, her mastery of laser technology, and her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel confident and cared for.
