“Excellent experience at this center and I sincerely appreciated all the small details, customer service, and staff. I received a photofacial (IPL) with Tiffany and she was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient with the process. I have received a few photofacials over the years at various centers and this experience by far has outshined the others.
“What separates this experience from the others was the whole process including – numbing of the face to reduce pain, talking me through the entire procedure (ie ok it’s about to “snap” on your face), taking the time to test my skin tone/levels before proceeding, ending the procedure with cold face towels to cool me down, and sending me home with an adorable little bag full of facial goodies to help with my post care (a face wash, SPF, and cooling gel). I have not received this level of customer service or extras at any other facility which is why I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful.
