Overview

About wellness & hormones.

Wellness and hormone optimization treats how you feel from the inside out. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) restores balance for symptoms of aging, menopause, and low testosterone. Medical weight loss programs use GLP-1 medications like semaglutide under physician supervision. IV vitamin therapy delivers nutrients directly to the bloodstream, and NAD+ supports cellular energy. These programs are overseen by our medical director, Dr. Eric Evans, MD.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is hormone therapy supervised by a doctor?
Yes. All wellness and hormone programs at Desert Sands are overseen by our medical director, Dr. Eric Evans, MD, a board-certified physician. Treatment begins with lab work and a thorough evaluation.
How does medical weight loss work?
Our physician-supervised program uses GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide alongside guidance on nutrition and lifestyle. The medication helps regulate appetite and blood sugar. We tailor the program to your health profile and goals.
What does IV vitamin therapy help with?
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into the bloodstream for maximum absorption. Patients use it for energy, recovery, immune support, and overall wellness.
How do I know if I need hormone therapy?
Common signs include fatigue, low libido, mood changes, weight gain, and poor sleep. The only way to know is testing. We start with lab work to evaluate your hormone levels before recommending any treatment.
